RSST Friends are a group of committed supporters that form the core of our charity. We receive no money from the government so the backing of our Friends is essential and greatly valued; it is the reliable source of funds that enables us to make long-term plans.

There are three levels of Friend, depending on your circumstances:

• Individual from £3 per month or £36 annually
• Family from £5 per month or £60 annually
• Young Friend (14 or under) £10 annually

There are two ways of becoming a Friend:

• Join online. Click on the link to go to our Justgiving donation page. Simply sign up for a monthly standing order in line with the above guideline amounts and we will send you your Friends pack within 28 days. Please make sure you do not choose to make your donation anonymous - otherwise we will not be able to contact you!

• Join by post. Click on the link to download our PDF Donation and Gift Aid form. Simply send the completed form (indicating how much you wish to donate per month) to:
