Only a handful of greys now remain on Anglesey, concentrated around the bridges around the Menai Straits.

The project is now moving into a new phase to remove all the remaining greys from the island completely, and stop them from arriving onto the island from the mainland.  Passive infra-red triggered cameras are being set up on the Britannia rail bridge to register any new arrivals and Euro-tunnel is offering advice on potential methods to prevent bridge use by mammals.
